The rules below are for both the buyer and artist's integrity. Once the payment is sent, that means you have agreed to my terms of service provided below.

•Artist will consult the commissioner first with what they are asking for.Please be descriptive! Pinterest/image boards are preferred but not required. I will aid through this process through consulting before the price is determined and the money is sent. This is to ensure I have all the proper details needed to succeed before getting started!•Artist will not work under a time constraint/deadline. However, feel free to ask questions throughout the process. I will be happy to communicate with you and share progress.•Commissioner must provide a reference for the desired character/picture and any further details or descriptions to ensure the artist’s success. Description-based and indirectly referenced characters(such as pinterest board characters without a clear reference) will be priced as a custom design.•Commissioners must pay upfront for purchases under $150. Payment plan can be done for pieces above $150 if necessary.•Payment must be made within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. I'm open to communication and changing the payment date according to circumstances. If there is no communication made before the payment deadline arrives, the invoice and commission will be canceled.•Artist will give consistent communication when necessary during the process.•Artist will show sketch before progressing.•Changes may not be requested once the piece is finished, if there is anything needing to be edited it should be discussed during the work-in-progress phase of the commission.•Artist is not obligated to refund.
If there is an issue with the transaction, bring it up and I will try to mend the situation to the best of my ability. I will refund you if I am certain I will not start a piece after the money is delivered should an emergency occur.• All art examples provided in the document vary in pricing depending on accessories and shading.•Artist has no obligation to change the style of the art!
My business is based on the style presented in my portfolio, I will not adapt or alter the style outside of what's presented in my portfolio.
